Orders

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collections and select the garment you wish to purchase. Choose your preferred size and add the item to your shopping bag.

When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment process to complete your purchase.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and receipt.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@modallica.com.

While we will always try to assist, orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be possible to change.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Modallica offers worldwide delivery. Shipping options and delivery costs will be calculated automatically during checkout depending on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Orders within the United Kingdom typically arrive within up to 14 working days.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of dispatch, provided the garment is:

• unworn
• unused
• in its original condition
• with all labels attached

How do I return an item?

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@modallica.com to obtain a return authorisation number.

Once approved, you may send the item back to the return address provided by our customer care team.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

What fabrics does Modallica use?

Modallica garments are crafted using 100% organic fabrics, including:

• organic Pima cotton
• bamboo textiles
• peace silk

Every fabric used in our collections is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), ensuring the highest environmental and ethical standards.

What is Peace Silk?

Peace silk, also known as Ahimsa silk, is produced using methods that allow the silkworm to complete its natural life cycle before the fibres are harvested.

This approach respects both nature and animal welfare while producing a fabric that remains beautifully soft, breathable and luxurious.

Are Modallica garments sustainable?

Yes. Sustainability lies at the heart of Modallica.

Our fabrics are responsibly sourced from certified organic farms, produced using environmentally conscious methods and crafted through ethical manufacturing practices.

How should I care for my Modallica garments?
